The following details the terms and conditions of service, ensuring that you are able to make an informed choice regarding the right care for you and your child during this difficult time. All information within the website does not constitute individual professional advice. I can only provide accurate individualised and professional advice during a clinical consultation.
The Online Feeding Assessment and Consultation process is extremely important at this time and I will require personal information regarding both yourself and your baby as this may affect the advice I give and therefore the wellbeing of your child may be affected. Please ensure that you complete the Online Feeding Assessment and Covid-19 Screening questionnaires BEFORE the scheduled Online appointment, otherwise it cannot go ahead as planned.
If a face to face Assessment and Frenulotomy appointment is recommended, please ensure you complete the Covid-19 screening questionnaire the day of your appointment and also please bring your child’s Red Health Record with you to the appointment also.
Currently during the Covid-19 pandemic, all payments for care will be required online at the point of booking. I use the online system Stripe and there will be no added fee for you, I pay the required fees to offer the service.
I hope that you will not be unhappy with my service, however if you do feel that there is a need to make a complaint it will be taken very seriously. Please contact me directly in writing to share your concerns and I will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
